Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a return and exchange option. To initiate the process:
- Video Verification Process:
- Please make an unboxing video upon receiving the product.
- Clearly show the damaged or defective part in the video.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing the video as evidence.
- Exchange Procedure:
- Once the video is received and the damage is verified, we will initiate the exchange process.
- You will be required to return the damaged product to us within 4 days.
- A replacement product will be dispatched once the damaged product is received and inspected.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The unboxing video is a mandatory part of the verification process.
- The damaged or defective product must be returned to us within the specified timeframe.
